Bindify Launch Giveaway Official Rules

1. Promotion period

The Bindify Launch Giveaway (the “Promotion”) begins September 7, 2026 at 12:00:00 a.m. Pacific Time (“PT”) and ends September 11, 2026 at 11:59:59 p.m. PT (the “Promotion Period”). Bindify’s systems are the official timekeeping device. Entries submitted before or after the Promotion Period are void.

2. Eligibility

The Promotion is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and District of Columbia who are at least 18 years old and have reached the age of majority in their state or district of residence when they enter. Employees, officers, directors, agents, and representatives of Bindify, and members of their immediate families or households, are not eligible.

The Promotion is void where prohibited or restricted by law. Participation constitutes the entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Bindify’s decisions, which are final and binding to the extent permitted by law.

3. How to enter

During the Promotion Period, complete all of the following on X:

1. Follow @bindifyapp on X.
2. Create a page using the Bindify website or iOS app. Keep the Bindify watermark visible. Export the image and publish it, without AI editing or any other post-export modification, as a new public post on X. The post must tag @bindifyapp and include #MadeWithBindify.
3. Reply to Bindify’s giveaway announcement on X, tag two friends, and include a working link to the qualifying public post containing the created image.

The entrant’s X account, qualifying post, and entry reply must remain public and available through winner verification. Entries must be received and visible during the Promotion Period. Normal internet or mobile charges may apply; no fee is charged by Bindify.

4. Entry limit and prohibited conduct

Limit one entry per person for the entire Promotion, regardless of the number of X accounts used. Multiple-account, automated, duplicate, bulk, scripted, or manipulated entries are void. Repeated or near-duplicate posts or links, or any attempt to circumvent the entry limit, may result in disqualification. Bindify may disqualify an entrant who tampers with the entry process, disrupts the Promotion, violates these Official Rules or X’s rules, or acts fraudulently or unfairly.

5. Entry content and license

Each entry must be the entrant’s own lawful creation, must include the visible Bindify watermark produced by the service, and must not be modified after export. It must not infringe intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, or other rights; contain unlawful, hateful, harassing, obscene, deceptive, or unsafe material; or depict personal information without permission.

By entering, the entrant grants Bindify a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to reproduce, display, repost, and communicate the qualifying image and associated public username solely to administer, publicize, and report on the Promotion and Bindify, to the extent permitted by law. Bindify may highlight up to 10 qualifying pages. Being highlighted is not a prize and does not affect winner selection or odds. Where legally required, Bindify will obtain any additional consent before using a winner’s name, likeness, or biographical information.

6. Prize

One prize is available: one sealed Pokémon Mega Evolution: Pitch Black Elite Trainer Box. Approximate retail value: $60. Prize is awarded “as is,” without warranty from Bindify. The prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash, and no substitution is permitted except that Bindify may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable, where lawful.

The winner is responsible for federal, state, and local taxes and other costs not expressly included, subject to applicable law. Bindify is responsible for standard delivery to an eligible address in the United States or District of Columbia. Any legally required tax reporting or withholding will apply.

7. Random drawing, odds, and verification

After the Promotion Period, Bindify will randomly select one potential winner from all eligible replies received on X. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. The selected entrant will be verified against every entry requirement before being confirmed as the winner.

Bindify will contact the potential winner through X. The potential winner must respond within 48 hours and may be required to provide proof of age, U.S. residency, identity, ownership of the entry account, and compliance; sign an eligibility declaration, liability release, and publicity release where lawful; and provide delivery and tax information. If the potential winner is ineligible, cannot be contacted, does not timely respond, declines the prize, or does not complete required verification, Bindify may randomly draw an alternate potential winner.

8. Administration; suspension or modification

Bindify may verify entries and request supporting information. If fraud, technical failure, an X outage, unauthorized intervention, force majeure, or another cause beyond Bindify’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper operation of the Promotion, Bindify may suspend, modify, or terminate it, subject to regulatory approval where required. If terminated, Bindify may select a winner from eligible entries received before the impairment, if lawful and practicable. Bindify will not change the Promotion in a way that unfairly disadvantages entrants.

9. Release and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, entrants release and hold harmless Bindify and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives from claims arising out of participation or acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of the prize, except where liability cannot legally be excluded. Nothing in these Official Rules limits rights or remedies that cannot be waived under applicable consumer law.

Entrants also completely release X from responsibility arising from the Promotion to the extent permitted by law.

10. Platform and trademark disclosures

This Promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with X. Entrants provide their information to Bindify, not to X. Use of X remains subject to X’s terms and rules.

Pokémon and related names, characters, logos, and marks are the property of their respective owners. Bindify and this Promotion are not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by The Pokémon Company, Nintendo, Creatures Inc., or GAME FREAK. Reference to the prize identifies it only and does not imply affiliation or endorsement.

11. Privacy

Bindify will use information collected in connection with the Promotion to administer the Promotion, verify eligibility, contact the winner, deliver the prize, comply with law, and exercise the content license described above. Information will be handled under Bindify’s Privacy Policy and applicable law. Entrants should not post private contact or delivery information publicly.

12. Winner announcement and rules availability

Following verification, Bindify may announce the winner’s public X username on the giveaway page and/or the @bindifyapp X account on September 14, 2026, subject to applicable law and any required consent. These Official Rules and the archived giveaway page will remain available for a period after the Promotion closes. To request the winner’s name where legally available, contact support@bindify.cards.
